Recreational trip to Chandigarh and Shimla

SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Asr. successfully organized a 2-night, 3-day recreational trip to Chandigarh and Shimla from April 7 to April 9, 2025. The trip saw enthusiastic participation from 60 students, who were accompanied by 6 faculty members as escorts. The group visited several popular tourist attractions, making the experience both enjoyable and memorable. In Chandigarh, students explored the beautiful Pinjore Gardens, the wildlife-rich Chhatbir Zoo, and the vibrant Elante Mall, where they enjoyed shopping and food. In Shimla, the students were delighted to visit the scenic Ridge Mall and the famous Jakhu Mandir, offering breathtaking views and a touch of spiritual calm. The pleasant weather and picturesque surroundings added to the charm of the trip. Throughout the journey, students bonded with peers, enjoyed local cuisine, and captured countless memories. The arrangements for travel, lodging, and meals were well-managed, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.The trip proved to be a refreshing break from academics, allowing students to unwind and rejuvenate. It was a wonderful opportunity for recreation, social interaction, and exposure to new places.
